<p>Based on the concept of ‘first strike’, and combined with time limited rounds, Point Kickboxing is a game of strategy, speed, timing, and reflexes. Participants, try to make contact with particular scoring zones on their opponent.</p>

<p>Savate, (Sa-Vat) is a French style of boxing using both the hands and feet. White Tiger Martial Arts is a registered member of Savate Na hÉireann, the representative body for the international federation in Ireland.</p>

<p>Haedong Kumdo is a dynamic martial art, rich in technique, beginning slowly and building over years of practice to fast, accurate sword skills designed to be used by one person against many opponents.</p>

<h3>Bootcamps</h3>
<p>Training like an athlete, but without the need for sparing, participants at the Martial Arts Bootcamp sculpt their body into fighting fitness, losing weight, toning up, but more importantly having fun at the same time.</p>

<p>Learning through play, children can begin their Tiger Cubs class from age 3, where they learn about the basics of either Karate or Point Kickboxing, under the supervision of the instructors and assistant instructors at White Tiger Martial Arts.</p>

<p>Welcome to White Tiger Martial Arts - Castlebar. Since opening, our school has grown throughout the area to become one of the most successful martial arts groups in the West of Ireland. Our instructors work with the students to give them the motivation they need to reach their goals and to strive to be the best that they can be. Teaching the principles of Martial Arts, our main objective is to develop well-rounded, respectful students; not only at the Academy, but also in society.<br/>

Absolutely everyone over the age of 3 is welcome – whatever your fitness level or martial arts ability. Although we welcome an existing knowledge of martial arts, this is not essential; as our experienced instructors will teach you all you need to know and will make you feel welcome and comfortable.
